This house is absolutely beautiful  and very comfortable!!!  Beautiful upscale kitchen with all necessities and utensils needed to cook. Has large windows with beautiful views of the mountains!!! Very nice and quiet neighborhood, but still close to shopping areas, like Walmart,  target, restaurants, and even an emergency room if needed.We loved the location. Wasn't far from Denver, Aspen or vail.was actually right in the middle of all 3. Would definitely recommend this property !!

Lance and Ashley’s place was perfect for our family trip! It was the first time we got all of us together (7 adults and 7 children) + had my parents visit for a day, and we all had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy company, or some privacy. We cooked each night and had plenty of plates, utensils and supplies! The grill gave us a few problems but nothing we couldn’t work with! Communication with the hosts was quick and easy and we felt taken care of on our trip. Overall, we had such a lovely time. I’d definitely be interested in booking with them again!

Great place to stay tucked in the woods but super close to Breck! There's a trail behind the house (access is just up the road a few houses) that will take you into town. Tons of beds and accommodating eating spaces to match! Would stay here again.

Great home and location. Stayed for one week and enjoyed the home with our group of ten. Lots of privacy with plenty of room for all of us. This home ranks among our favorites that we've stayed in in the Breck area. Thank you Adam for being a very pleasant and responsive host.

We had a great stay at Adam’s house in Silverthorne.  The set up of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, the house amenities were great. We enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch day and night!  Beds were very comfortable- overall a fantastic stay.

Stayed one week at Adam's place.  Convenient parking and good location...close to downtown Frisco.  Unit was clean and well stocked.  Bed was comfortable.  Would stay there again.

We had a great stay at Adam’s Mountaineer Lodge. The home was comfortable, offered beautiful mountain views, and was in a great location with easy access to both Vail and Breckenridge. Adam was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in smooth and easy. Although there’s no A/C, the whole-house fan system and cool mountain nights kept the home comfortable. There were a few minor issues, as you’d expect with most Airbnbs. A couple of remotes needed batteries (which were provided), one bedroom window handle was broken, and the hot tub cover was damaged, though Adam let us know ahead of time. The bathroom rugs could have been cleaner, and there was leftover trash from the previous guests that caused an odor at first, but Adam made sure it was picked up quickly. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. We’d happily stay at one of Adam’s properties again.

Black Hawk Lodge was fantastic! We had 10 people in our group and the space was easily up to the task of housing us comfortably. From the spacious living rooms, to the dining area and the bedrooms this place made for a fantastic base camp for our week up in the mountains. The trees in the back yard helped provide a peaceful and private sitting area for the back deck and hot tub area on the back patio. I would highly recommend this spot! Thanks Adam for hosting.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's place. Communication with Adam was excellent from beginning to end—he was responsive, helpful, and made everything very easy. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated having everything we needed to cook, including thoughtful extras like spices and coffee, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the location. It was an enjoyable walk to downtown through Blue River Park, which made exploring the area even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place, especially for two families traveling with kids. The loft is a fantastic space where children can hang out, play, and sleep together, making the layout perfect for families. Thank you, Adam, for a great stay!
